Stage I: Initial Approval

The first stage on the road to your home is filing a basic mortgage application.
The application can be filed in several manners:

At any one of the mortgage counters in Benleumi branches

By filling out an application online

Telephone center – Benleumi Call at *3533

When calling to file a loan application, you will be required to provide the following details:

• Personal details (including ID no.)
  
• Workplace details
  
• Income details
  
• Details relating to the asset
  
• Requested loan amount
  
• Loan period

Please note, the loan plan can be changed until the date on which the money is received.

Filing the application and obtaining initial approval are not subject to any fee and are not binding at all.

Initial approval may be obtained within 24 hours.
